Nicely kept units. Excellent and clean pool and soccer field. Quiet neighbors and parking lot. Professional office staff and maintenance. Quick, responsive maintenance. Clean, working laundry room. Difficult application process selects for quality tenants. Quick access to shopping from SW Pkwy or Kell. Lake and large park with dog park and frisbee golf within walking distance.
Loved living here for the couple years I was there. Three major leasing office turnovers, but the ladies there were always very professional and friendly. Maintenance staff was always willing to talk to me about my issues and was quick as reasonably possible. However, my huge gripe is not with the staff at Lakeview, but rather with NPMA, the organization that owns and oversees the property. Great application process. They moved fast to get us in to our apartment. Apartment was clean, new flooring. Rooms are spacious. Closets are big!!! Anything we needed was handled immediately! Pet friendly. Yard maintained well! Very happy with our experience! Staff was amazing and very friendly! Thanks Sharley, Monica and Brandon!!!
