This place sucks. Last year it took me 9 times of calling and leaving messages to get my 25 hour service, before I finally called another Union Marine who then got someone to call me back. This year I'm at 3 so far. Very frustrating. Gives the entire place a terrible name.
Poor customer service. I called in over a month ago for a quote on installing a fish finder, navigation GPS, and a couple of downriggers on my Whaler, but all I’ve gotten is the runaround and no call backs.
Good Inventory
Haven't done business but I called. And boy what a nasty attitude from the parts department. I can Google search my part number and buy from any number of online retailers. For less money. But I chose to call a local business. If they want my money, they'll have to earn it. So, I guess it's either West Marine or an online vendor 🤷🏿
