Feels more like a klut more than a credit union. when you welcome you get an uneasy vibe. also no privacy!!! when you walk in there is a seat to your right then the front desk is like 2 feet away and there’s another desk. nothing is closed off for your privacy.
I just want to spotlight an awesome credit union that I don't bank with yet, but I can't wait to switch over to them! I usually come here to make atm deposits with my current credit union and every time I see them, their team goes above and beyond to be polite and inviting to me. Hello there has not been one time that I've visited the Woodward branch in Detroit Michigan and did not receive smiles wonderful connection with the staff and on the video teller excellent customer service I've only been with lake trust credit union for a short time and hoping to stay for the long term with all my future opportunities I'm working hard to achieve Happy New Years be safe to all of the lake trust credit union family partners employees company leaders 😀
