I applied for a business loan with Lake Trust Bank after seeing reports that they approve loans for credit scores as low as 580. My score is well above that, yet I was denied—without so much as a courtesy call or explanation. The lack of transparency and communication is beyond frustrating. If they aren’t going to honor the information they put out, they should at least have the decency to inform applicants properly instead of leaving them in the dark. Don't know anything about the bank however the ATM has caused me so much hardship I would advise never going there.
They are very friendly at this credit union and to open a checking account is just $5.00 and to open a savings account is just $1.00 and they will help you out a lot.
Honestly, who cares about the people in Store my problem is with my MONEY, I feel like I keep getting robbed and when I call over the phone they talk to you as of the paper trail is correct Lake Trust I'm a hard working single mom I haven't had time to make it to one of your locations to get everything situated but y'all owe me big time , taking money out of me and my daughter's mouth double charging moving my money how u want, they will take money from you quicker then they complete a transaction or transfer or deposits ANY... read more
