We have always received great service from this branch. Super customer service from tellers, auto loan officers, and management. Ashley Horton has been especially helpful!

TLDR: east lansing has a teller that is extremely aggressive and rude. Avoid this bank at all costs. Possibly the most rude teller in the history of banking. I came into the bank today to open an account. The first question I asked was “are you able to accept international transfers via SWIFT” I was told yes. I pulled money out of the atm ($4 charge) then proceeded with setting up an account. As soon as I finished, I was told they actually don’t have swift and I would need to use another bank to then transfer to them…. So I ... read more
