I have had my account for over 12 years without any problems. I've watched as the fees have increased and kept with them because of the customer service, even though I live in Minnesota now. I just noticed that my savings was going down for some reason. LakeTrust, like all the other money-grubbers, had decided to add a paper fee to my account without letting me know.
