The Staff at Lakeshore Credit Union have been wonderful people in helping me navigate my life. When I was in trouble financially because of a drunk driver hitting my house, all of the ups and downs with insurance claims and everything else, they saw me through it all with kindness and professional help. From an unexpected dental bill through the good days, too, I feel safer knowing they will help if I need them. When I walk in the door, there is always a feeling of welcome and a smile. Thank you.
The place is always clean & someone is always greeting you at the front door.... Never a wait or very long wait at all.... Always fast easy service..... Very nice people... I love my credit union!!
Professional staff, always greeted upon arrival with staff assisting members with their request. We’ve never had to wait for help. There are multiple staff available at all times experienced in sorted member services.
