A family member of mine had a very bad interaction with a staff member from Lake Travis Mobile glass. The individual seems to have felt it was inappropriate to ask whether or not a AAA discount was available and immediately became confrontational. The conversation culminated in them calling my family member stupid and an a-hole. This is pretty unfortunate because it really wasn’t a deal breaker if the discount wasn’t something they offered. So one of the staff told my husband to go f*** himself when he questioned why you canceled on us morning of our appt to change out our windshield on one of our cars. We reorganized our day to accommodate your 4-hour service window, and when my husband grumbled about the cancellation - and next appt not until 3 days later - he was told to f*** himself and that he was being a dick! Wow! #shockedneedtraining!

They were great!!! Offered same day appointment but I wasn't available. They came out today to replace my windshield the guy was very nice and did an awesome job. I hope I don't, but if I need a windshield repair I would definitely call them again!
