If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My mom purchased a vehicle on April 30th and the April promotion was if you buy a used vehicle you get a $100 gas card. Well that isn’t true, false advertisement. She was told she got a good deal on the purchase so she doesn’t get a gas card. What makes you think she got such a “good deal” on this vehicle. The dealership accomplishes numerous service jobs during my two appointments: they did the oil change ,checked fluid levels, checked tire pressure checked tire tread wear, brakes filters, and other details. They recommended changing both the cabin and engine filters and having an alignment. On the 2nd appointmwnt , they sis the alignment and did my scheduled platinum cleaning! They were polite, helpful, and informatics and provided me with printouts of the results! Or cost me $283.79
The People at Lake Toyota are top notch.Sales and Service staff are Friendly , Fair and Helpful.
