Very prompt, ready for my vehicle at the scheduled time. Communication is great through the entire process. No reason to take a vehicle anyplace else.
I recently took my 4Runner to Lake Toyota for maintenance, and I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Megan kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The work was finished on time, and my 4Runner is running great. I appreciate their honest service and good communication. I'll definitely be coming back to Lake Toyota for future maintenance.
Took 4 trips to fix the problem I initially reported with. Then driving home, the check engine light came on and new problems are present. The new Toyota fuel pump that took over 6 weeks to arrive had a faulty sending unit that showed incorrect fuel tank levels. The second fuel pump also had a faulty sending unit. My 4Runner started flashing the check engine light and other codes one evening during my travel through the state. I contacted Lake Toyota early Saturday morning to see if I could get the vehicle in to check the codes as I was scheduled to start my journey back to Ohio that morning so I was in pinch to get it resolved.
