Unless this is the only place you can afford to live, avoid at all costs. The only thing this place has going for it is the location and even thats not the best. There is a MAJOR trash problem. Residents leave trash all over the parking lots. Dumpsters are outside the gates which means they are used as public dumpsters and are ALWAYS full. There is a big dumpster diver issue too. 2 of the 4 elevators are always broken and someone is always letting their pets use the bathroom in them - one of them is even infested with wasps.... read more
As a 5 year resident, first, the Location is very convenient. Second, the neighbors are friendly. Third, from Management to Maintenance, everyone is Professional and Helpful.
Everything here is amazing. The employees to the maintenance I’m so happy I am a resident here and looking forward to many many more years thanks
Great Apartment complex and close to everything if you want to be close to downtown and the Capital. The manager Kelsey is amazing. She always made sure I had everything I needed and was super professional. Top notch service!
