This company has no respect for the client! The head guy Eric is very rude and inconsiderate, he has on more than one occasion sent my transport back to mtm for no reason at all, as far as I could tell he was just making sure that I had a hard time finding a new transport, he did this an hour before closing on the day before I was to be picked up by them. That's what kind of service you can expect from this company, oh plus the drivers like to talk about the other clients that they have, just FYI

I use this service to take my non ambulatory mother to doctor appointments. I used the service on 12-8-17. Tony was the driver. It was the best experience I ever had using a medical transport service. Being a caretaker is stressful. You feel like you are in it by yourself and that there is noone to help you. While on this trip I felt as if I had someone on my team. Tony was professional and helpful. He even opened the vehicle door so I could get in.
