I have lived in this community for 28 yrs & can tell you in all honesty the board of directors both current & past do not care about the residents . They only care about ways of getting more money out of the owners & making the community look good .If you speak up to them they will annoy you into moving . This is not a good place to live . If I could afford to move & buy a house on a publicstreet I would . But with today's real estate market I just can't do it . I will be dead before the house is paid off .
