Rented a pontoon this past week from Lake Tawakoni water sports. When researching they had the lowest prices for a full day rental. Reservation process was easy and quick. The morning of our reservation Brandon called us and offered to deliver the boat to our rental house and pick it up at the end of the day for a small reasonable fee. It was very convenient and much appreciated he offered. The boat was in good working order with no issues. Will rent from them again!
The owners were great. They helped my elderly mom get in the boat and gave us a bit of extra time because it took a bit longer for her to do so. Pontoon was awesome. Had a great day! ETA: NO! You guys Did accommodate her!!
Really a great place to take the kids and family. Had a company outing and had a wonderful time. Laci was very helpful and so nice. They prices were very affordable and made for an amazing time. Thank you Laci.
We were trying to rent jet skis for the day, the first place that we had called wasn’t able to rent that day and recommended lake tawokoni water sports and when we called the guy who answered the phone was rude, no customer service. When we got to the rental place and went in to rent the jet skis we were told if we rented the jet skis we would have to ride near the rental area we would not be allowed to drive them to our house we had rented on the lake. Just all around horrible customer service and not eager to help.
