My family has vacationed up to Tahoe on a few different occasions, both in the summer and winter months. On all of our trips (I believe 5 to date) we have used Tahoe Family Adventures to add to our vacation fun. The variety of rentals (boats, wave runners, paddle boards, snow mobiles and side by sides), has made it nice to have dfferent fun experience each time, that my kids still talk about. Don't ever use this people they are the worst people I have ever encountered. The people working there are very incompetent. They even got the audacity to tip themselves when their service sucks. The boat that they have are very outdated, never sent the right location on where they will pick up they clients and was 3 hours late. They are a bootleg boat rental service!!!
Do NOT book with these people. We made a reservation for 10AM and they don’t even load from a dock but from moon dune beach. Then they couldn’t get their boats working and left us standing on the beach for 2 1/2 hours. I finally cancelled and found a much more professional service at the Tahoe Vista Inn Marina. Unfortunately we now have to launch at 1:30 PM instead of morning as planned and we will not be able to go to emerald bay due to afternoon weather. Excellent customer service! All inclusive, no hidden fees.
This boat rental experience provided one of the best days of our vacation! Scott picked us up at the designated spot - hooked the boat onto his vehicle in a snap and delivered us to the boat launch in less than five minutes. There his dock crew took over and Bennett loaded us up - took us for a short intorductory boat ride and safety instructions. He suggested some totally perfect spots to head to where we could hang out and swim, go tubing and was knowledgable about everything - and he couldn't have been friendlier - great ... read more
