This outfit is outstanding! Today was my second flight with them. The first being in Duluth where they are headquartered and then today in Brainerd. I was fortunate to have the same pilot, Xavier, for both flights. As much as I enjoyed the first flight in Duluth, it pales in comparison to today's "adrenaline" flight. Doors were off. This company is amazing. The guides who get you started were super nice, and prioritized both safety and fun! The ride itself was very interesting (and I get air sick!) but the gal who convinced me to ride "with the doors off" was 100% CORRECT! We were very secure, and even with the turns, I was able to take pictures for my family and the guy who rode with me was able to use his camera with no problems! I have never flown in a helicopter before and this was a great experience where I learned a lot. The crew is friendly and professional. You are made welcome and comfortable all while knowing safety is a priority.
It was a really fun addition to my 72nd birthday celebration. Great staff and cool helicopter!!
