Plus, to suggest that this news can be "discussed at next visit", which is 3MONTHS FROM NOW, is grossly inappropriate. 2.) it's 8:45 on a Monday morning and I'm getting "clinic is closed" when I call. Starting to think LSCHC has bitten off more than they can chew. 3.) Have to drive from Solon to have my Q's answered? Ridiculous.

I missed an appointment at the Duluth office because of car trouble and in the stress of having our tires slashed, I forgot to call to reschedule. I got a letter basically saying unless it's a walk in, they won't schedule anymore appointments. Because of my insurance, only a limited number of dentists take it, and none of them are taking new MA patients. Health care in this country sucks. Absolutely no compassion at all

They don't care about patients, best to avoid them.
Excellent Dental Services. Better than Florida dental ones.
Duluth office is awful. You show up 15 minutes early for your appointment and you wait 1 and 1/2 hours even 2 hours to see the Dr. The staff don't even tell you that the Dr is running behind . they just check you in and let you sit. They are also very rude when asking how long of a wait it is going to be . looking for new Dr.
