After spending $14 on a Deluxe car wash. They failed to get the bugs off my windshield, the front of my vehicle and even my side mirrors. The staff was friendly, though, as they took my money
My brand new truck just got scratched. They should have folded the mirror. Passenger side mirror got scratched by the concrete wall at the end of the drying section. This is unacceptable. I took the best car wash option and tipped the guy. Unbelievable? Simple scratch cost me 100s during lease return.
Attendant was thorough with prepping before mechanical wash.
