From the process of scheduling my appointment to the verbal interaction & communication with the service manager to facilitate my repair, I would say that Sumpter Transmission was superb. The transmission in my 2015 Toyota RAV4 AWD with 175,000 miles had a slight slip (going into 3rd or 4th gear) first thing in the morning, and the rest of the day it was fine. Dealer drained and refilled the fluid twice over 50,000 miles without any change. The car was only ever sent to the dealer in the past.
