The office is extremely well run. The desk staff is helpful and well informed. The hygenists are all top notch. Dr. Shreck is personable, explains procedures and does wonderful work!
No customer service to assist me with my insurance. The woman proceeded to tell me to call my insurance right after I told her my insurance wasn’t giving me accurate info, dummy.
I have been a patient of Dr Shreck for many years. His front office is always professional and courteous. When I need just a routine visit Dr Shreck will always take the time to check me out and to make sure his assistants did what was needed. He cares about his patients.
