I called about 2 minutes ago to source material. They do not have inventory of what we need, which is definitely not a problem in itself. The female receptionist was very polite and oriented to finding me the appropriate assistance. Transferred me to "Bill" that overseas the Dumas, TX region. Bill however is lacking in the customer service area and should probably take some classes or find another line of work.
