I went there for a smog test because they had a discount coupon on their website. I didn't pass and he won't let me retest for free. Other places let you retest for free if you look for it. He was very rude about it. Other people have the same experience. Not recommended! Go elsewhere.
I had a good experience. I didn't know that changing your battery right before the test would cause it not to pass. He asked me about it and then told me to drive it for a couple days and bring it back. He didn't charge me at that point. When I did have it done is very quick and professional.
Luckily I went there in the afternoon and there was no waiting time. A small bamboo booth with water mist was provided to dissipate heat. The test is fast and the price is good.
Quick and easy... In and out in just a few minutes. $60 for Dodge Grand Caravan.
