Olivia at the ultrasound department was amazing! We traveled from far and needed an ultrasound but their department was fully booked. She didn't let us leave until she got us an appointment at another hospital so we didn't have to travel again. Truly amazing patient service
Hello Dr Pillay. I'm currently admitted in st augustine's hospital. Medical Ward 1. I'd like to bring this to your attention and people out there. This is my experience at lakesmit Lake, Smit & Partners Inc. From Friday onwards to date...i was sent to have my back xray. I was in excruciating pain. In a wheelchair. My name is Jeanette Phaal. I had a Biopsy done on 31st August at 11 o clock at St Augustines hospital. My Oncologist is Dr D Pillay I first had a scan and then the biopsy. All credit to both the radiologist and the Dr. They were amazing. Kind and considerate and very professional. An absolute pleasure meeting prople like this in a very stressful time. Bless them both.
Dr Royston is incredibly knowledgeable, explains complicated concepts with great clarity and is very kind. I would highly recommend Lake Smit & Partners!
So far they dont answer the phone... trying to make an appointment..been on the phone line for 30 minutes waiting...
