This is my experience at lakesmit Lake, Smit & Partners Inc. From Friday onwards to date...i was sent to have my back xray. I was in excruciating pain. In a wheelchair. My name is Jeanette Phaal. I had a Biopsy done on 31st August at 11 o clock at St Augustines hospital. My Oncologist is Dr D Pillay I first had a scan and then the biopsy. All credit to both the radiologist and the Dr. They were amazing. Kind and considerate and very professional. An absolute pleasure meeting prople like this in a very stressful time. Bless them both.
Dr Royston is incredibly knowledgeable, explains complicated concepts with great clarity and is very kind. I would highly recommend Lake Smit & Partners!
So far they dont answer the phone... trying to make an appointment..been on the phone line for 30 minutes waiting...
My dad went for an MRI and I was asked by Christelle to pay a co-payment of R2950 which I did. Before the MRI was done my dad was asked to pay the co-payment as well and also paid. When I requested a refund their response was that a refund will not be made until medical aid paid for all the tests that were done. This was a double payment and should be refunded. Most unethical and unprofessional.
