Rafael remodeled our home built by my parents in 1965. We had new plumbing installed, new wiring, new kitchen, new master bath and closet, all new flooring and tile. We moved a few walls, enclosed a breezeway, added a carport, new roof. Paint inside and out. It was a big project and all done well. We have been very happy with the results. We used Rafael as our remodel contractor. He and his crew were in our home for 8 weeks. The work was impeccable and the crew were all so nice and respectful. He remodeled two master closets, enlarged a pantry and built a coffee bar, remodeled fireplace wall and painted the entire house and trim. Rafael Sanchez and his crew did an amazing job renewing our roof. They started on time with all material needed at hand and did a perfect job juggling with the weather. I myself have not seen a better crew doing such a perfectly solid job and also at the same time meticulously taking care of all the difficult corners of our roof.
