Let’s us book and we show up to a sign saying that they are closed for the season. Leaving us without a boat 30 min before we were supposed to embark. Not getting a refund for 2+ days means we don’t have a boat for our whole vacation.
AMAZING experience and customer service, the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Our run-through of the boat and safety briefing was very well explained by the staff member. We had a beautiful day on the water. Would 10/10 recommend booking here if you are looking for any rental services!
The workers are extremely nice and helpful. The jet skis are really good with no issues.
