We had a bad experience here. After one week our daughter left due to overcrowded conditions and lack of any personalized attention. Management could give no feedback on what was working what was not working. When we requested a partial refund due to the program being ineffective they simply refused stating the program works for others, that we had a verbal agreement, and hung up on me. Honesty, is part of the 12 Steps. They are not Honest People. They do not practice what they try to show their clients. Only thing they are interested in is your $$$$$. Do your research...this is not where you want to send your love one....just throw your Thousands of dollars in the trash. Alot of relapsing going on..clients and staff.
