Terrible, I was told by the staff that they could not give me an apointment till I had my insurance card in hand. I tried to explain that I was out of heart medications and need to find a new Doctor, I even offered to self pay. I was told to call another doctor because I could not self pay if I had insurance. I felt very discriminated against by someone who has taken a hippocratic oath to help people.
