Been going here since 2008 off and on. Been shuffled around with different doctors but my last doc I thought was a good doctor but in my charts it states I have a fish/shell fish allergy and she prescribed fish oil that’s the first problem my second is I was on seroquel and I overdosed with this medication several times and I made it very clear to her in July I refuse to be on it again due to high chance of suicidal ideation and she apparently forgot and suggested I start taking it again and I’m having more anxiety attacks b... read more

They take an innovative approach, doing a holistic treatment model, trying to help the whole self in order to REALLY solve an addiction problem, once and for all!!! They offer many after hours activities and things to do, and will even help to retrain you, so you can get a job your disability will not be prohibitive of, when possible. If this isn't possible; they'll engage you in the world by helping you find volunteer opportunities that are meaningful to you.

Awesome staff and staffing.... Very much Professional in every aspect of the word. Clean caring environment, they are very client orientated and take the time ! And show the patient's, That they, when dealing them, are worth The time... Patience is a true virtue.... Very pleased with the staff, the counselors, the volunteers, and especially the doctors.... Also it's a bonus they are across the street from Tim Hortons...☕☕☕check them out!!!

5 star counselors absolutely, I've seen over 20+ different counselors and my favorite place by far, but the receptionists are ever changing and can't answer the voicemails that are left during work hours even. Speaking directly to the counselor is a better chance of any form of response.
