I would rate this “veterinary practice” minus 5 stars if possible. My daughters have two 10 month old St. Bernard puppies, one male - one female. My daughters took the puppies into LSAH for a checkup. The female had a ripped out back claw and the male was fine, my daughters were worried about future hip issues. Dr. Tiffany examined the puppies. Arrived for my dog’s scheduled nail trim on time, tech arrived 25 minutes later. This is the norm for them. Asked the tech if she would inspect her paw as she has been licking it and I think there might be a sliver or something in there. She informed me that if an exam was required there would be an additional charge, I said that was fine. Precisely 6 minutes later I had my dog back with trimmed nails, the tech told me that the vet looked at her paw and didn’t see anything, but would I like some cream and a cone to help. If you have show dogs or an exclusive breed like Irish water Spaniels...I don’t recommend these people. Zach is a poor businessman that can’t handle the work load not a customers simple problem on a Saturday( he don’t have time he stated he is with his kids). We paid for OFA hips and elbows and had nothing but problems to get paper work from them to have on our records. And then His other Vet that we paid for X-Ray on our Bitch while pregnant and they saw 6 puppies....well 1-2 off is alright but they were four puppies off a... read more
