Staff is amazing, girls in office are extremely helpful, and it's an extremely wonderful wonderful place to live!
Everyone is more than happy to take care of any concerns I have. My home is beautiful and so comfortable. There is no other mobile home park that is as well managed or beautiful near here. I love being here and would recommend it to anyone!!
What used to be a really nice park is falling way short of that now… apparently the park rules only pertain to certain people. The speed limit signs are in the park just for decorations .. its an ok place for a stop to a better place..
When I moved at lake Sherman in 2021 they said they cleaned . The bathroom air exhaust fan was black and so full of dust wonder it did not catch on fire . The stove only one burner worked they did get me a new stove . That’s the nicest thing I can say . But the furnace filters were not changed in The furnace and there was dust all over the ceiling the ceiling fan. It was horrible. The ceiling fan wobbled.
