They over book their tour and then don’t have enough space on the bus to take you to the caverns you pay full price kids pay full price and are forced to sit on your lap I’m not talking about small kids my son is almost as big as me very painful on comfortable ride and we were given no other choice the boat had already left us there. Mind you this should be looked at as a safety issue it’s a two passenger seat per seat and they not only had kids forced into this adults also to make space .
