First off, he did the job I hired him to do, but overcharged on everything. I called and texted him a number of times stating that I wanted to discuss the invoice with him. He didn’t reply to either one, so I texted him with my concerns. He came to change a pump in my septic tank, which is a one person job all day long, tank was pumped out the day prior.
