Was working in Scranton from Michigan and needed to go to urgent care, and the people were so nice and helpful especially the office manager Brianne, all urgent care facilities should follow by their example.
Filthy dirty. The rug in lobby is black. The pleather chairs are worn right through. The walls and floors inside the rooms are filthy. The ceiling vents are caked with dirt. Also general disrepair of rooms. Ive seen cleaner and better healthcare in third world countries.i also agree with other reviewers about the front desk staff they could be nicer.
