Nasty consistent frequent water outages, constant electrical outages, cops will pull you over if you even think about rolling a stop sign. I can't even park anywhere past 9pm without them trying to butt in on my business. Go play with your kids. Almost got a ticket for going FIVE MILES OVER THE LIMIT.
