Laundry machines don’t work properly, appliances break down and nobody fixes them, grass is uncut, overall a slumlord special this place. 1/10 because the stains on the carpets bring me humor and fond memories of past renters. The side walk needs to be completely redone. Not very handicap accessible friendly.
