Dr Sue was very calming for my dog, spoke softly, didn't rush him. Also got on all four's to collect a blood sample from him which I really appreciated as im sure that wasn't very easy! Didn't feel rushed, didn't feel they were in a hurry to get my dogs blood and boot me out the door. I know time is money but I really appreciated the pace which I think made my anxious dog feel at ease.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are so thorough and gently with our pup, they're reassuring and caring. Could not recommend this place enough
