The staff are always kind and supportive and show lots of love to our pets. They always make us feel like we have the best pet in the world and our pets are their favourite. The staff are thorough and clear and ensure we understand what is happening. We love getting the photo updates when we are missing our pet. The kindness and compassion of staff is amazing.
My experience with this vet has been horrific. The only vet in Wagga you can adopt a sterilised cat ... that is pregnant with 7 kittens. You can also adopt a cat that is in liver failure ... and have to bury him 8 weeks later. The same Lake Road Vet that has not responded to my emails, ignored the requests from another vet for paperwork concerning the pregnant cat and blocked me from social media. Always overpriced, vets have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Took my dog their because he was bit, had to tell the vet to shave the dog to inspect the bite, he let the dog jump off the table and then prescribed the wrong medication and tried to charge me over $1000, after making them justify all charges they dropped $500 off my bill. I will not return to lake road vet.
