Excellent communication & explanations of diagnosis & treatment options, a very thorough examination of my cat, Vet & nurse were so kind & gentle when interacting with my cat & you can tell they genuinely love animals !
The team are always there when I need support with my dogs. They are efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable, can educate me and are realistic yet reassuring. What I appreciate most is being able to speak to someone when I need help, any time of the evening and weekend, which is always when the animals get sick.
