**Edited after response to review from practice owner- The first we heard that there were still blood results pending, was from the response to this review below. The information in the response was apparently not shared in the case notes for our dog, or any of the other vets on the team at Lake rd vet. We were simply told the test we requested had not been ordered. Apparently the only person with any information to the contrary was Alex, who is out of the country. The clinic itself is very clean and nice, the receptionists are always lovely and the vet was amazing Remembering me from last visit, taking time to explain things

We could not be more disappointed with this practice. We returned for a follow-up blood test on the recommendation of the head vet Dr Alex. This was to confirm involvement of the pancreas in our dog. After requesting for the pancreas specific markers to be tested, Dr Alex said they were still being processed. We have since learned after following up one week later ourselves, that the test was never ordered, and Dr Alex is out of the country for a month. Nat does an amazing groom!. Josh has amazing customer service to arrange booking that suit my schedule. The cost is affordable for the quality of groom. Highly recommend.

My experience with this vet has been absolutely horrific. Zero stars. And now a review response stating it's 'been dealt with previously' and a personal slur ... yet I'm still out of pocket with no restitution, and threatened with legal action over this review.
