I took my elderly cat to Lake Road at 8pm and was able to see a vet immediately . She was compassionate and thorough in her assessment, explaining treatment options and costs clearly. My cat was kept overnight and I received good communication about her progress from 6am the next morning. After 20 hours in care I was able to bring my cat home with clear instructions about how to care for her. Overall I could not fault the care and support I received from Lake Road Vet practice.

Such a lovely and caring team. Always accomodating and understanding, happy to give advice and listen to your concerns. Our dog spent 7 days onsite recovering from surgery and we couldn’t speak more highly of the team.

Our experience with Lake Rd has always been terrific. They take very good care of our two cavmoodles every time we visit. We are able to pre book in for grooming for the year and they also have all their needs taken care of every 8-12 weeks. We will always share our experience-our pooches are our family and we would not go anywhere else because they look after us very well.

Staff is very lovely and cooperative. Allowing us time to process and make an informed decision with as much information and ways about things as possible. Our pet had come out good as new with plenty to keep her comfortable and make her healing process as smooth as possible.

They have given my elderly cat the most exceptional care and love, without them I doubt my boy would still be here, I can’t rate them highly enough. They went above and beyond to make sure he had a fighting chance at being here with us longer and are so accommodating and compassionate to stressed fur baby parents
