Such a lovely and caring team. Always accomodating and understanding, happy to give advice and listen to your concerns. Our dog spent 7 days onsite recovering from surgery and we couldn’t speak more highly of the team.

Our experience with Lake Rd has always been terrific. They take very good care of our two cavmoodles every time we visit. We are able to pre book in for grooming for the year and they also have all their needs taken care of every 8-12 weeks. We will always share our experience-our pooches are our family and we would not go anywhere else because they look after us very well.

Staff is very lovely and cooperative. Allowing us time to process and make an informed decision with as much information and ways about things as possible. Our pet had come out good as new with plenty to keep her comfortable and make her healing process as smooth as possible.

Reception was very friendly and easy to deal with. Dr Sara Hodges was amazing with my miniature dachshund making her feel safe and calm which made me at ease. Great service all round

I couldn’t be happier with the care Stella received at Lake Road Vet while I was away on a trip to the coast. Leaving your pet behind is never easy, but the team looked after her so wonderfully that I had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. When Stella came home, she was so happy, relaxed, and her coat was incredibly clean, soft, and shiny.
