BEWARE OF THIS CONMAN!!!! This man kept my mom’s deposit (knowing she is on a disability fixed income) even though she gave notice 30 days prior to move out when he said upon move in he would give it back with notice. Rock haulers next door are SO LOUD with the endless rigs and speeding trucks down the road. The RV site is FULL OF SUBSTANCE ABUSERS that make a ruckus all the time. Lots of stray cats. Flea infested rvs. Termites on site. Do. Not. Come. Here. He owns it all so he doesn’t care as long as he makes money. Super s... read more
