Another year nearly gone by, and read really bad comments regarding mainly overflow parking that's available as the random towing notably no longer seen on LRVN. However, your driveways and garage will accommodate 2 vehicles. The townhome "condo" community is located in a nice location with reasonable priced homes and walking distance to YMCA, Hospital and schools. The only problem encounter are the many driving excessively through the community. There are a handful of speed bumps that slow down those drivers for a few feet.... read more

The community 15 mph max speed is the same 15 mph school zone posting on Fleming Island Plantation. My car was towed from visitor parking while I went to retrieve the visitor pass from my apartment. The towing company with permission from Villa Ridge administration regularly drives through to look for cars to profit off of. There were 5 empty parking spaces next to me. They spray pesticide with no decent warning. A neighbor's dog got sick and eventually died from chewing grass. Got a few racists in the neighborhood. They threatened and threw out N words at my neighbor and were not evicted.
Cam team is the worst hours are horrible impossible to get ahold of and very limited parking the only reviews on here that are more then 1 star are friends and family of the local hoa
