I have had nothing but bad luck with this office. I spoke to someone today about picking up my item and was told they would be open until 4:15 pm. -4:30pm. I get there at 3:50 and they are close. So frustrated

I am extremely disappointed with this dental office. I scheduled TWO separate appointments, a week apart, and both times I showed up to a completely closed facility. No notice, no phone call, no email - nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Patients rearrange their schedules, take time off work, and plan around appointments. Two years of great service! This is the only dentist office that has made me comfortable and not afraid! Highly recommend.
Name is Leschaun Isaac ......I had been looking for a dentist since I moved here in 2024. My dental problems are very bad. My appointment was in June and I had xrays done and good talking to from dentist. He explained my situation and told me he would contact me with prices. It's almost September and I still haven't heard from him or staff. I thought I was finally going to get some needed work done. Now I have to start over again. :(
