I have visited twice and highly recommend!!
We visited the new location on Dixie Avenue a few nights ago when my husband had a bad ear infection. We arrived shortly before they closed but they did not turn us away. Everyone from the check-in desk to the doctor was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you!
Location is excellent. Wait time was minimal. Doctor seemed caring and competent. We had contact with 4 nurses. Two were okay but did not seem friendly or caring. One was very indifferent and the oldest one was downright mean. I won't make the mistake of going there again.
I have told many of my friends and family about this place. They are quick but caring and really helped me get my diabetes under control. I am young so I do not have a primary doctor I consider these folks my source to health care. The doctors are all knowledgeable and the staff is very polite and receptive. I would recommend this place to anyone.
im rating 3/5 star because i think i have always had a positive experience in this medical facility, most notably Dr. Proud and Nichol-Ohm(im not to sure of the spelling), but my latest experience got me concerned. Dr. Overcash practically threw bedside manners like it was out of style. This Dr. went straight to his computer asked me about my chief complaints and before I got finished, cut my line of thought and just plainly became rude in the process. telling me to allow him to finish.
