I called my doctor to tell them that my dog chewed a piece off of my CPAP machine, they were telling me I'm only allowed one machine every 5 years and I only qualify for a machine in 2027, well I have been waking up suffocating and gasping for air for over a year now, so I called my insurance to see if there was anything I could do through them, and see if they could approve a machine as an emergency expense since I'm not breathing they said yes that they don't have a record of me getting a machine through them and that if I... read more
The only reason I gave one star is because it is the only way I can right out a reveiw; this sleep study clinic is such a big JOKE!!!!!!! MY HUSBAND IS ON FULL TIME OXYGEN and the idiots would not let him have his oxygen the whole night!! He kept telling them that he was suffocating, but they kept ignoring him and told him they don't do oxygen here. And when he went there fir his study: the doctor knew that he used a bipap machine but they hooked him up to a cpap with no oxygen!! This place is nothing short of a huge joke!! ... read more
My husband went through the sleep study and had a good experience with everyone we encountered. Because of the hoops we had to jump through with the insurance we were having a great deal of difficulty getting his CPAP ordered. We had to call several times to work through how to best handle it and Lance the respitory therapist was awesome. He was patient and spent alot of time helping us figure out how best to handle our particular situation. We appreciate him and what he has done for us.
