I have used Lake Regional Express Care twice. Both times I have been laughed at, and even insulted by a Dr. my first visit. Years ago I had an inguinal hernia, had no idea what it was. But once diagnosed with a hernia I knew there was a lifting limit(I am a factory worker I have to lift heavy things to work). So I asked my nurse, she did not know. The reception staff had a very poor attitude.
They don't say what time they stop accepting patients. Today I found out they lock the doors WELL before 7pm. I checked the website, and the door, no notice that they would close early. I hardly ever need urgent care. Extended hours would be helpful for those who work during the day.
