Waited 3 hours in waiting room, then another 45 in room. Just for Dr to rush in not lestine to what I told them, looked at rash said they had no clue what so ever what it was, and if it gets any worse to come back . That would be a hard no for me , I will go elsewhere
Had a great experience this morning. From the front desk, to the nurse and to Doctor Edwards, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The doctor even gave me a technique to help with my ears when flying. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
Very professional and kind staff. We did get there b4 they opened (9 am) and were #3 in call line. The Dr. Wheeler was very thorough and professional as well as the nurse we had. We walked out at 10:30. Will definitely use that location again. I do suggest you get there when they open. When we walked back into the waiting room it was full of patience. So I'm sure the wait was longer as the day goes on.
This place deserves zero stars! 3 hour wait to get in a room, 35 minutes in room, 2 min spent with Dr for UTI to have script sent to Walmart. Zero communication! As sick people walked in they were greeted with "2-3 hour wait and we close at 4 pm." This was the compassion and level of care they provide. You are a number in the que.
It was a holiday weekend — so the wait was long, but everyone working there was so helpful and kind and provided excellent care for our sick one year old.
