Dr. Thompson couldn’t be bothered to spend more than 30 rushed seconds with me after my procedure. No explanation, no answers, just a push out the door with meds. Felt more like being on an assembly line than receiving actual care. Unprofessional at best. Thankfully, Nurse Kayla stepped in, she listened, reassured me, and gave me the clarity the doctor couldn’t be bothered to provide. If you want a doctor who actually treats you like a human, look elsewhere.
From receptionist to nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist, this staff was awesome and fun! Put my nerves at ease right away! You all are great! Thank you!
Myra was supposed to come out and get me and let a hr go by when she kept over looking me and finely came and got me and said.oh I forgot you. Not except able
