Super friendly staff and the procedure went great.

I had an upper GI at the facility this morning Very impressed with all….. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable Only took 1.5 hours once I was in the door Impressed with the Dr who treated me I have a follow up test in 2 weeks Glad we have such a nice facility here at the lake The hospital billing is another story Not impressed with it … but that’s another review
Dr. Thompson couldn’t be bothered to spend more than 30 rushed seconds with me after my procedure. No explanation, no answers, just a push out the door with meds. Felt more like being on an assembly line than receiving actual care. Unprofessional at best. Thankfully, Nurse Kayla stepped in, she listened, reassured me, and gave me the clarity the doctor couldn’t be bothered to provide. If you want a doctor who actually treats you like a human, look elsewhere.
