I love my son’s care team here. We see Dr. Theobald and I love her. She is so kind and puts my FTM thoughts and worries to ease.
Horrible customer service. These ladies should not be working with the public. Melissa the receptionist is the rudest lady ever. Went to get stitches and they treated me like scum. Put me in a room with no ac when I was having a heat stroke. Got mad at me for asking for water and failed to give me discharge paperwork with in going instructions. Failed to let me know I need to get stitches removed and when I called with questions I got cussed out and hung up on.
Anytime we call no one answers the phone. It’s like they don’t care was in. Hold so long it hung up
