Incompetent group of people. Every single other place I've put in request for my own medical records. Boom, printed off and handed to me within 5 minutes. IVE BEEN WAITING 2 WHOLE WEEKS FOR THEM TO "process" it even though all they have to do is type my name into their computer (that they spend their whole damn day doing nothing on apparently) and hit print. Any modern company has all their files on one system. Do you have to send a courier pigeon to Afghanistan to get my medical records from the only location I visited? Wha... read more

So far so good . Doctor I seen has good bedside manor. The staff is great. I've had a bad experience with doctors here at the Lake and that was not something I experienced at this clinic. Of course I pass by several other clinics to get here but definitely worth the drive.
My husband and I were greeted as soon as we came in the door. All Staff were professional, kind, and caring. It was our 1st visit with our new PCP, Dr. Jeffrey Fears. He was extremely welcoming, kind, and has a great smile! He listened intently to our concerns, and found an underlying Health condition that my husband and I both have, which our previous PCP did not find. He educated us on the new medication he was ordering for us and we were able to pick it up on our way home. A return appt was made before we left the office ... read more
