The buying experience was good, and Tom Kunz remains the one, single good thing about this dealership. After the sale, they no longer cared about holding up the reputation of EEE nor their dealership. Tom and Seth were very friendly and easy to work with, answering our incessant questions patiently and politely, allowing us to take the RV out for a test drive alone, making suggestions regarding financing, insurance, and maintenance contracts without any arm twisting or pressure sales tactics.
