Since my last review in 2023, Derek Higgins was promoted to service manager. We have had service for both our boat and jetski lifts and Derek and his team have been professionable, responsive, and "happy to help", even in the middle of the busy boat season. I wish I could rate Lake Region Repair's service as SIX-STAR.

Exceptional Service at Lake Region Repair! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lake Region Repair in Mineral, VA! I stopped in hoping to find a specific plug for my 26-year-old jet boat, and the owner and the entire team went above and beyond to help me. If I could give a zero I would. I used to love this place, used to be great people with great customer service. Not today. Being told $63 for a jetski key on the phone and then going inside the building and being told $105 for the jetski key even though it says 60 on the actual key as well and being told “oh the system says $105” yeah no that isn’t how it works. My wife and I recently bought a new Lowe Pontoon boat at the Fredericksburg boat show from Lake Region Repair. Of all the dealers at the show, Joey and Trina were the most helpful. They really took the time to answer all our questions and helped us choose options that made sense for us. Looking forward to getting out on the water this summer!
