They did a great job replacing the tube for my drain plug and fixing a recall issue with my Lowe Skorpion 17. They also changed my oil and lower case oil. This is where it’s not the best I changed my own oil the next time and they had forgotten to replace the drain plug seal. The oil that came out of my lower unit was basically sludge. I had to do a flush. Only 30 or 40 hours were on it and I put 60 on before changing it. No clue how much damage it may have caused. Since my last review in 2023, Derek Higgins was promoted to service manager. We have had service for both our boat and jetski lifts and Derek and his team have been professionable, responsive, and "happy to help", even in the middle of the busy boat season. I wish I could rate Lake Region Repair's service as SIX-STAR.
