Both times I went there for help I was told there's a 6 week wait. Time to hire some help maybe. Edit: I went there a 3rd time because it was the beginning of December and my furnace stopped. I was told again it would be 6 weeks but this time I told them I would wait and they took my name and number. After 6 weeks they never called so I went to the office where I was told they would call and "let me know either way" I said "what do you mean either way?" she said they'd call and tell me if they could do it or not.
