Compared to some other companies I've used I really like lake region. Good customer service, reasonable rates. I'm not complaining.
Ah yes, an electric company who has no problem charging for the electric sent to a barn but refuses to repair the electrical connection to the barn because it's "past the meter". How does that work? They are getting paid for the electric that's obviously provided and tracked by the meter yet won't service the line. Absolute garbage customer service.
Day 3 of no internet because their techs can't troubleshoot or put in notes properly to get dispatch to come out. 24/7 support is pull the plug and reset it which never works. Also they informed me that they did a reset on the entire area to drop the bandwidth since it was receiving a high signal and that my box never came back up. If you blow my box and you don't fix it each day should be a credit since a service is paid for but you can't seem to do your job correctly.
